Located in the charming western town of Abilene, The Abilene Convention Center consists of over 40,000 square feet of meeting space with a state-of-the-art 2100 seat performing arts center offering utmost flexibility for any event. From regional and statewide conventions to corporate training sessions, theater productions to trade shows, banquets to weddings, we can assist you in planning and hosting the perfect event.

Theatre

Optional 45,000 square feet with 2091 plush continental seats, including 12 wheelchair spaces and 90 seats in the orchestra pit. A complete theatrical package with dressing rooms, lighting facilities, and sound system.

Meeting Room

5 meeting rooms averaging 650 square feet each, that can host 40-80 people per meeting depending on the set up.

Foyer

9,000 square feet reception or registration center and an extension Exhibit Hall for more booths or additional seating.

Conference Center

Over 13,000 square feet of absolutely flexible space. The entire Conference Center can host a banquet for over 800 or a trade show of over 50 exhibits. It can also be divided into four (4) separate spaces for break out sessions each served by individual sound systems.

Upstairs Conference Room

3,500 square feet, great for meetings of about 300 or banquets for about 150. Easily accessible from the stairway or elevator.

Exhibit Hall

20,000 square feet of unobstructed exhibit space. Accommodates about 1,500 for a banquet and over 100, 10’ x 10’ booths. Gorgeous lighting helps set the mood for any event.
